3. Data Collected when Making a Reservation Request

When you submit a reservation request via the form, we process the following data for the purpose of initiating and fulfilling the contract:

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Retention period: Until the reservation has been fully processed and within the framework of statutory retention periods (tax and commercial law).

4. Email Delivery (Resend)

For sending confirmation and status emails we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4667, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Hosting & Database

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Reservation data is stored in a Neon database (Neon Inc., 209 Tichenor Avenue, Auburn, AL 36830, USA). Both providers meet the requirements of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation).

6. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may also be transferred to the United States — transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data collected: IP address (truncated), usage behaviour, page views, time on site, device and browser information, approximate location.

We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymised analysis of how this site is used (heatmaps, session recordings without personal identification). Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

Objection: Via browser settings ("Do Not Track") or by blocking the script clarity.ms.

8. Server Logfiles

When the site is accessed, technical data is automatically recorded in logfiles (IP, date, requested resource, browser type, referrer). Storage for a maximum of 7 days for abuse and error analysis.

This site currently does not set any consent-requiring cookies. A technically necessary session cookie is used for the internal reservation dashboard login (no tracking).
